Information required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

1. Service holder

If the holder is a company entered in a public register, its registration details are part of its identification and appear next to its company name. Providing this service does not require prior administrative authorisation.

2. What SkyORM is

SkyORM is a web tool to build and fill operational risk management (ORM) forms for aviation and parachuting. Whoever is about to fly or jump answers a set of scored factors; the score falls into a risk band and, from the band set by whoever publishes the ORM, a designated person has to authorise the operation.

An ORM is a support tool: it does not replace operational judgement, the applicable rules or each organisation's chain of authorisation. The terms of use explain this.

3. Terms and privacy

Use of SkyORM is governed by the terms of use. How personal data are processed, both the platform's and each ORM's, is set out in the privacy policy. Each ORM also has its own privacy page naming its controller.

4. Intellectual property

The software, the SkyORM brand and the texts on this site belong to the holder unless stated otherwise. Platform templates are offered so that anyone can copy them and adapt them to their own operation. What each user creates in SkyORM (their ORMs, factors and texts) is theirs.

5. Links

This site may link to third-party pages, such as official legislation or map services. The holder does not control their content.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
