Support and contact
Do not email us responses or health data. To locate something, the ORM's address and the approximate date and time of the response are enough.
| What you need | Who to contact |
|---|---|
| A question about a specific ORM: a question in it, a risk band, a pending authorisation, the access password. | Whoever publishes it. Their contact is on that ORM's privacy page: the ORM's address followed by /privacidad (for example, /orm/name-of-the-orm/privacidad). SkyORM cannot change an ORM that is not its own, nor authorise an operation. |
| Exercising your rights over your responses to an ORM (access, rectification, removing your identity, objection). | The controller of that ORM, using the same contact. If they do not answer or you cannot find them, write to our privacy address and we will pass your request on. |
| Your account, signing in, two-factor authentication, a platform fault. | Support email: support@skyorm.com |
| Privacy of the platform itself (your account, your sign-ins, technical logs) and your rights towards SkyORM. | The holder's privacy email: privacy@skyorm.com |
| A possible security breach or a vulnerability. | The holder's privacy email, with the subject "Security". Do not test vulnerabilities using other people's data. |
| If you publish ORMs: instructions as controller (removing identity from responses, export, impact assessment template, audit, end of processing). | The holder's privacy email. The processing clauses are in the terms of use. |
Time limits
Rights requests are answered within one month of arrival, extendable by two further months for complex cases, telling you beforehand (GDPR art. 12(3)).
Complaints to the authority
If you believe your data have been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es, without having to contact us first.
